1. Controller and Scope
NorthQuest LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy except where NorthQuest processes information solely on a client's behalf under an applicable service agreement. Questions or requests may be directed to hello@northquest.io.
2. Information We Collect
NorthQuest may collect business contact information, account information, company details, professional information, communications, onboarding responses, and information submitted through our website, AI sales assistant, or client portal. We may also process publicly available or commercially sourced business contact data in connection with B2B outreach services.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to operate our website and client portal, authenticate users, respond to inquiries, assess whether NorthQuest is appropriate for a prospective client, onboard clients, provide and improve our services, conduct and manage cold email campaigns, prepare reporting, communicate with clients and prospects, process payments, maintain security, and keep appropriate business and legal records.
4. AI Sales Assistant
NorthQuest provides an AI sales assistant on its website. The assistant is used only when a visitor chooses to open and interact with it. NorthQuest may store the conversation and business contact details provided to answer questions, assess and qualify inquiries, provide next steps, and follow up where appropriate. Third-party AI and infrastructure providers may process messages on NorthQuest's behalf. Do not submit passwords, API keys, confidential security information, or other sensitive information through the assistant. AI responses may be imperfect, and commercially sensitive, unsupported, or exceptional questions may be escalated for human review.
5. Client and Campaign Data
When providing cold email services, NorthQuest may process client-provided information, ideal customer profiles, prospect and company data, campaign activity, replies, qualification information, and performance data. This information is used to operate campaigns, prevent unnecessary duplication, maintain records, and provide client reporting. Where a client determines the purposes of processing, NorthQuest may process this information on the client's behalf under the applicable agreement.
6. B2B Outreach
NorthQuest may process publicly available or commercially sourced professional information to identify and communicate with relevant business decision-makers. Where applicable, we rely on legitimate interests or another lawful basis for business-to-business communications and honor applicable opt-out or unsubscribe requests.
7. Client Portal and Accounts
Our client portal may process account identifiers, workspace membership, onboarding information, campaign reporting, and related activity required to provide secure access to NorthQuest services. Access is restricted according to workspace membership and permissions.
8. Service Providers and International Processing
We may use third-party providers for hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, communications, payments, artificial intelligence, lead research and enrichment, email delivery, campaign operations, and other infrastructure necessary to provide our services. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where NorthQuest or its providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
9. Cookies and Analytics
Our websites may use optional cookies and analytics tools to understand usage and improve performance. Non-essential analytics load only after a visitor accepts them and may be declined. The AI sales assistant operates separately from analytics consent; information voluntarily submitted through the assistant is processed as described in this Privacy Policy.

NorthQuest does not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, or other parties when reasonably necessary to operate our services, protect our rights, or comply with legal obligations.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, business, contractual, and legal purposes. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or other uses of your personal information, and may have the right to complain to an applicable data protection authority.
